After netting a remarkable 56 goals in Bro's last 5 matches manager Lee Potter's pre match team talk was all about forgetting about the high scoring recent matches and all about not dropping any league points at what is always a tough away match at Llangoed.
Bro came away satisfied with goals in each half gaining the maximum points that sent them 7 points clear at the top of the league and forcing others to play catch up.
In a game that neither team put in an outstanding performance it was Bro that managed possession the better even though goal scoring chances were kept to a minimum.
It took over 20 minutes for any team to get a sniff on goal, Jamie Roberts volleying over at the far post for the hosts before youngster Dan Fairhead failed to find the target after Liam Griffiths' fine wing play set up Andy Williams to centre for Fairheads chance for the visitors.
It took Bro captain Dylan Jones' towering header to break the deadlock after 35 minutes, Adam Henderson flighting in an accurate corner piece to the far post for Jones to out jump the defence and power past stopper Rhys Owen.
The only other break of the 1st period fell again to Fairhead, Andy Williams causing damage out wide before firing a cross come shot across the face of goal to leave the midfielder denied and outmuscled by the defender.
Half Time 0-1.
The home fans were appealing to the match official early on in the 2nd period as Kieran Owen and Bro's out sliding keeper Gareth Owen challenged inside the box but it was to no avail as play was waved on.
Bro's 1st shot of the half came on the hour mark, substitute Jac Thomas firing low at Owen andGraham Jones' injection of pace nearly doubled the score line.
Playing a neat 1-2 with Fairhead before unleashing a rasping drive from fully 25 yards out that shaved the top of the crossbar.
Bro noticeably upped the attacking pace in the final stages as they looked to seal the league points, Jac Thomas hot off his heels only stopped by the agile Owen before the visitors could relax with 5 minutes to play as they made it 2-0.
For the 2nd telling time in the game, Adam Henderson sent in a teasing delivery that proved vital.
Midfielder Graham Jones was quick to react to the 2nd ball drop down from Hendersons free kick to quickly turn and shoot in one movement sending the ball high into the roof of the net.
The win gives Bro some daylight at the summit of this years Anglesey League and put the pressure on chasers LlanPG and Maes Y Bryn to win their games in hand.
Full-Time 0-2.

Pic Graham Jones is congratulated after scoring Bro's 2nd goal.
