EX PRO RAZOR RUDDOCK SIGNS FOR ANGLESEY LEAGUE HOLYHEAD TOWN

BUT JUST FOR THEIR CELEBRATION NIGHT TO SPECIAL GUEST

HOLYHEAD TOWN F.C is holding a Special Event on Saturday night 17th of September 2016 to celebrate their RETURN to the Local Football scene and as a `Fundraiser ‘ to boost club funds to help them stay involved for seasons to come.
Along with a buffet, there’s live Music, an Auction, Raffles and they have been lucky enough to sign up NEIL RAZOR RUDDOCK as `SPECIAL GUEST’.....................who will certainly have some stories to tell and not just for the football fans . Those of you who are not football followers could find him just as interesting - or more so, because after retiring from football, Razor has enjoyed TV success, appearing on, A Question of Sport , he’s also been in the house.......... the Celebrity Big Brother house back in 2013, and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! ....so he can spill the beans in more ways than one.
On the football front – though christened NEIL, to the fans he was ‘Razor Ruddock’, a very successful footballer in the late 80s and 90s. He represented his country, and some of his clubs included Tottenham Hotspur, Southampton, Liverpool and West Ham. He has played with and against-and scored against, some of the best and many of you will be bursting with questions to ask him. Which did you find most frightening.... A bush tucker trial or a Liverpool v Man U fixture...perhaps! No doubt if asked which goal he enjoyed scoring most, the one I’m sure is up there with the best is on the 4th of January 1994, at Anfield. Liverpool were losing 2-0 [Bruce & Giggs] and a Ruddock foul saw Dennis Irwin curl in a free-kick to make it 3-0 to [the old enemy] Man Utd., after just 24mins Nigel Clough pulled one back one minute later and scored again to bring it back to 2-3 and `Razor’ made it 3-3 with a powerful header [79mins] and a share of the points
I’m sure it will be a great night, why not go along and enjoy you and help the club – and local Anglesey football, at the same time. It takes place at the Holyhead Railway Club on Saturday 17th of September
