BRIEF KWAFL ROUND-UP FULL REPORTS TO FOLLOW

If its goals you want then follow the KonX Wales Anglesey Football League. On Saturday 1/9/12 in four league games there were 29 goals scored and in the one HUWS GRAY sponsored Megan Cup tie seven more. Tom Taylor of Pentraeth hit FIVE and there were numerous `doubles.
Leaders Morawelon hit seven at previously unbeaten Llanfairpwll. Dale Murphy opening [20], brother Jordan direct from a corner, and doubles from Gar Jo’ Owen and Barry Haigh. There was also a first ever goal for full back Ryan Roberts. Nathan Morris hit the consolation for the hosts.
Second placed Pentraeth went a goal down at home to Llangoed & District scored by Craig Jones, but Tom Taylor replied with FIVE and Gareth Roberts and Llion Williams made it seven before a late strike from Wayne Thomas pulled another back.
Llangefni Town Reserves wet one better hitting EIGHT against Bodorgan four players each hit doubles, Huw Alan Jones, Darren Wyn Jones, Gary Griffiths and Aaron Rickards.
Amlwch Town at home to Newborough shared four goals in a 2-2 draw, Sion Thomas and Dan Jones giving Town a two goal lead before Daffyd Harries hit two himself to share the points
In the HUWS GRAY sponsored Megan Cup Menai Bridge Tigers ran out 5-2 victors over Llandegfan Antelope. Gareth Barker in inspired form hit two, Brother Andrew claimed one along with Lance Williams whilst the other was scored by 16 year old ,Man Of the Match, Dan Hughes playing his first game. The Lope goals were both scored by Aled Hughes.
