Gwireddwyd breuddwyd. Anelu am y brig a chyrraedd y nod, dyna fu hanes tim pêl-droed Cemaes. Cydweithrediad ac ymroddiad wnaeth sicrhau fod tîm pêl-droed Cemaes yn y gêm derfynol yn erbyn tîm pêl-droed Valley Athletic. Medrusrwydd Huw Torr a Steven Mason, gyda chydweithrediad y bechgyn i gyd, wnaeth sicrhau mai tîm pêl-droed Cemaes oedd yn fuddigol. Y sgôr oedd Cemaes 2, Valley Athletic 1. Dymuna’r Pwyllgor ddiolch am gydweithrediad a chefnogaeth pawb a fu’n ymwneud â’r tîm yn ystod y tymor. Cerddwn ymlaen!

The dream came to pass. Aiming for the top and reaching the goal, this is the story of Cemaes Bay FC. Co-operation and dedication ensured that Cemaes Bay Football Club would be playing in the final against Valley Athletic FC. The skill of Huw Torr and Steven Mason, supported by the team ensured that Cemaes Bay FC won the match. The final score was Cemaes 2-1 Valley Athletic. The Committee wishes to thank all those involved with the first team for their support and dedication. Walk on!
