The race for the KonX Wales Anglesey Football league’s TOP SCORER `hots up’ with Lance Williams of Menai Bridge Tigers edging into the lead, thanks to his brace against Trearddur Bay Res., on Saturday giving him a total of twenty

Previously joint leading scorer with Lance was Tom Taylor of Pentraeth who slips into second place, with 19, having netted once against Llandegfan Antelope

In third place is Gareth Roberts of Pentraeth, one goal behind team-mate Tom, after scoring two last Saturday in the win over Llandegfan Antelope.

Asa Thomas, now back after a lengthy lay off through injury, has crept up to joint fourth with 16 goals and joins Jack Higgins of Llandegfan Antelope who has also missed a number of games recently,

Behind them are Barry Haigh [Morawelon] with 14 and one behind following his four goal blast at Bodorgan is Wayne
Thomas of Llangoed & District.. They are then followed by a couple of players who many possibly would not have expected to be up there with the `big boys’, but are there on ,merit, and that is Mike Williams of Trearddur Bay Res., with 11 and Nathan Moore of Newborough with 10.
